On 13 October 2023, we held an academic ceremony in honour of Andrea Rapp, during which we also celebrated the release of a Festschrift entitled “Computer im Musenhain – Von träumenden Büchern und der Aura des Digitalen” (Computers in the Grove of the Muses – Of Dreaming Books and the Aura of the Digital). It picks up on interactions that arise when philology and technology are thought about and brought together.
The open access volume is published by The University and State Library Darmstadt and establishes a new series at the Technische Universität Darmstadt. The contributions it contains range from Wolfram to Lichtenberg to Goethe, from love letters to virtual research environments, information infrastructures and open access.
